The Court House is based in the stunning former court house buildings, opened in spring 2015, bringing one of the most historic buildings in Kinross, back to life. Vibrant and welcoming and a great place to share fantastic food with family and friends in beautiful surroundings.

The old prison yard is now our garden and patio space and is a sunny and peaceful spot, protected by the original sandstone wall which once kept the resident scoundrels contained.  Now we prefer to use it for al fresco dining.

We are open daily from 9am serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an array of delicious cakes and bakes.  Last food orders at 9pm.
